FAQ’s
What do you do with all of my ‘stuff’?
During the declutter session, I will help you make important decisions about what you want to keep, store or get rid of altogether. Anything you choose to get rid of, I can take away for you and give to your chosen charity.
Everything that you choose to keep will be meticulously organised into a system that you can maintain going forward.
Do I need to provide anything?
I will be fully equipped with bin bags, labels, packing tape, heavy duty bags, any pre purchased storage boxes, hangers and baskets from my Online Shop and the enthusiasm to keep you going all day!
How can you guarantee that my house will stay organised?
Organisation is something that I will incorporate into your home, introduce storage solutions and advise how to keep the system in place. You will be fully equipped to keep your newly organised home with the knowledge that I will gift you, and I will be in touch in the first 4 weeks to check how you are getting on.
Which areas do you cover?
I predominately work within the London and Kent area, but depending on your needs, I am able to travel throughout the whole of the UK. Expenses may apply.
I feel embarrassed by the clutter and worried about what you might find.
Please rest assured that all of my services are completely confidential, and I will go out of my way to put you at ease during my time in your home. It’s my job to make you feel house proud and calm and leave your home completely organised and stress free as well as freeing up the space in your mind.
What happens if you need more time that we discussed during the Free Consultation?
I do my upmost to estimate the length of time that your home will need to be restored to the calm place that you crave. Should there be any additional time required, I will be able to advise this as I manage the task in hand.
