A Confidentiality agreement and T&Cs of each service will be discussed and signed on the day of booking. This will include a non-refundable deposit and cancellation terms, what happens to your items after they leave your property, and how much ‘stuff’ i’m able to take away for you. (rubbish and donations).

In some cases, you may be required to hire a skip or a rubbish collection service. I can help with this process.
